Standard Delivery Policy: Meets the need for efficient and economical shipping
In providing services to customers, delivery policies are an important part of ensuring satisfaction and convenience. We understand that delivering goods on time and safely is important. Below is our standard delivery policy, including express delivery services, inter-provincial delivery and in-store delivery.
1. Super fast delivery:
- We provide super-speed delivery service within the inner city area. This is the perfect choice for customers who want to receive goods quickly and in the shortest possible time.
- Express delivery fee will be calculated based on distance and volume of goods according to current regulations.
2. Interprovincial vehicle delivery:
- For customers who want to transport goods to other provinces, we will use inter-provincial delivery service.
- Interprovincial delivery fees will also be calculated based on distance and volume of goods according to the current fee schedule of the shipping units.
3. Delivery at the store:
- We also offer in-store delivery for customers who want to pick up their items directly at our store locations.
- This service is free of charge and customers can come to the store during business hours to pick up their goods at their convenience.
4. Free delivery for finished flower samples:
- We especially offer free delivery for finished flower sample orders of 400,000 VND or more, within a radius of 5km from the store.
- This helps customers save on delivery fees and receive products quickly in a nearby area.
Delivery fees for other types of goods will be calculated according to our current fee schedule, depending on distance and volume of goods. We are committed to providing transparent and reliable information about delivery fees, so customers can choose the delivery service that suits their needs.
5. Regulations on delivery time
After receiving payment or deposit in advance from the customer, we will deliver on time as requested by the customer.
Flower delivery between 7am - 8pm.
In case the customer changes the delivery time to be earlier or later than the prescribed time, it is necessary to discuss and agree in advance with our staff according to some overtime conditions that we apply.
Delivery time may be up to 60 minutes earlier or later, depending on weather or traffic conditions during peak hours.
If it is more than 60 minutes or earlier than this time, we will notify the flower orderer and recipient in advance by phone.
6. Assigning responsibilities for providing goods documents:
Responsibilities of Nang Hoa Shop: We commit to providing complete and accurate documents and information related to goods. This includes providing a receipt of purchase, instructions on how to care for and preserve the flowers, and any other legal documents needed.
Shipping Partner Responsibilities: We will work closely with shipping partners to ensure that cargo documents are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

7. Holidays and special days:
On special days such as Valentine's Day, International Women's Day March 8, Vietnamese Women's Day October 20,... deliveries will be made as soon as possible and delivery requests are accurate at the same time. Specific details cannot be guaranteed.
