Welcome to our website! We enjoy serving you and are committed to providing quality fresh flower products and the best service. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, and our return policy is designed to help you resolve any issues smoothly.

1. Conditions for return or refund:
    - You can return or request a refund in the following cases:
      a) Flowers are damaged due to transportation.
      b) Flowers are wilted or not fresh.
      c) The flower is broken.
      d) The product does not match the description on the website (Unless previously agreed with the customer).

2. Return or refund procedures:
    - Please send an email to tiemnanghoa@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please attach photos to prove the defect or damage of the product.
    - We will contact you to agree on a return date within 7 days of receiving the request.
    - Refunds will be processed within 15 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from the date of receipt of the refund request.

We are committed to reviewing and resolving all return or refund requests quickly and fairly. To ensure our customers' rights and increase satisfaction, we will work hard to improve the flower delivery and care process.

The above regulations are introduced for the purpose of quality control and collection of defective products. Nang Hoa Salon will not be able to send new products or make returns if you do not keep the defective product or do not have photographic evidence.
